This is me, 20 years ago on May 17, 1992, doing several things at once: Standing on an outdoor stage with almost no sleep; Gripping my mortarboard to keep the wind from sailing my cap across AMU’s West Towne Square; Shaking the hand of Dr. Jack Johannes, dean of Marquette’s College of Arts and Sciences; and Eyeing the prize, my Marquette University diploma.
